When onboarding new employees and companies, contracts are involved. In Planner, you can easily create a contract and send it to the right person with a single click. Thanks to the integration with Signhost, the recipient automatically receives an email with a secure link to sign the contract digitally. Once the document is signed, it immediately appears in Planner and is automatically added to the employee’s or contact’s file. Optionally, you can also request an ID check. This way, the entire process is fully digital, efficient, and clear.
